Sick Policy

I think we can all agree that no one enjoys being sick. As we turn the corner closer to spring, it seemed as though we were all ready to take a collective sigh of relief that flu season is almost over. However, recently news broke that the Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19 was detected in North Carolina. This means that we all need to work together and be continually vigilant during this season to ensure we remain in optimal health. For this reason, we would like to take the time to send this reminder regarding our illness policy. Your health, as well as, the health of our staff is of utmost importance to us!

To ensure that we are doing our best for all parties, we respectfully request notification prior to your appointment if you or anyone in your household is showing signs of a potentially transferable illness. This includes, but is not limited to sneezing, coughing, fever, etc. We are more than happy to reschedule your cleaning once you have returned to health. Additionally, should the staff member who cares for your home become ill, we will notify you as soon as possible and make every attempt to send another staff member or reschedule at your convenience. Let us continue to work together to promote health and happiness!
